The Kreg 3/8-Inch Step Drill Bit For Pocket Hole Machines has a one-piece design that eliminates clogging and provides a much smoother; faster drilling stroke than other pocket hole drill bits. The step drill bit drills the pocket hole and the pilot hole in one process. It's made with Cobalt steel to increase drill bit life; and it can be used in all of Kreg's pocket hole machines; as well as Kreg's manual pocket hole jigs. You can also order the left hand drill bit (LH- DKDB) for the middle spindle of the DK3100 fully-automatic machine.
