?The LED headlamp 6000 lumen 3 cree T6 LED bulbs is adult and kid friendly. It has a durable stretchy head strap that is also adjustable. It can be adjusted to fit an average size head; but made large enough to go around a hard hat. The headlamp has a molded piece of plastic that fits against the forehead that not only keeps the headlamp positioned properly; but it's more comfortable to wear.
