The RAZOR 17O is a dual voltage 110V/220V STICK/TIG inverter-based welding machine produced using the latest IGBT technology. The DC ARC is fitted with a 15 AMP plug. Delivers a smooth and incredibly stable arc allowing easy welding with electrodes producing high quality welds including cast Iron, stainless and low hydrogen. Can run Stick Electrodes up to 5/32″. This quality Inverter comes complete with a carry case and a power adaptor to get your project started.

The T.I.G Lift Arc function is superb and delivers perfect arc ignition every time without any sticking of the tungsten electrode to the work piece. This is an exceptional cost effective machine is suitable for a wide range of applications including, DIY, light industrial, site welding, farming, along with repair and maintenance applications.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Razorweld 170 DC STICK/TIG is a professional dual voltage 110V/220V STICK/TIG Inverter capable of producing high-quality welds. The DC ARC welding capability delivers a smooth and incredibly stable arc allowing easy welding with electrodes producing high quality welds including cast Iron, stainless and low hydrogen. The machine is fitted with a 15 AMP plug as standard. The machine also features keyable VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) which is a benefit when wanting to run Low Hydrogen Electrodes. The Razor ARC 170 can run Stick Electrodes up to 5/32″.

The Razor Arc 170 also has the feature of Lift Arc TIG. Lift Arc is a form of arc ignition that is simple, safe and is far superior to scratch start.

Lift Arc ignition allows the arc to be easily started by simply touching the tungsten to the workpiece then lifting it up to start the arc. This prolongs the Tungsten Electrode’s lifespan and helps maintain a clean Tungsten.
